Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include all original tags and the packing slip.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
